Secret Scotland

If it's secret, and in Scotland…

But, what IS it?

The easy answer to the question is simply that it is graffiti, and in this case vandalism. The latter since it is just a stencil that any mindless zombie could apply in a few seconds (no artist needed), it does nothing to enhance the area – and is even badly done, with over-spray.

I’d forgotten about this little pic, collected while I was taking pics of the opposite bank of the River Clyde recently, from the path below Glasgow Sheriff Court. I’ve no idea what it’s supposed to represent though.

It could be dragon sitting on it haunches, or maybe some sort of mutated squirrel, a survivor of some terrible nuclear holocaust nobody noticed.

If it does represent something, please let the rest of us know – comments below.
